Response: During my tenure as Managing Editor of The-Midst.com, I conducted research on our audience personas and created a robust editorial calendar to cater to that audience. Then, I commissioned, edited, and wrote articles on topics that appealed to that audience, such as: changing hormones, seasonal affective disorder, self-care tips, Korea’s 4B movement, herbal beverages, midlife neurodivergent diagnoses, navigating a newly transgender child in the family, mental health, couples therapy, personal style, etc. By building and SEO optimizing that content, I positioned us as a leader in midlife women’s health, improved our SEO ranking, integrating process guides that cut production time by 25%, and ultimately increasing our web traffic by 48% in only six months.
